Experience 2

Do you need experience? I have been wanting to say this but I was withheld like I said last time when we began talking about financial health. It’s been quite of a thing that has a part that I really was roaming around asking, God what do you say about this. “Experience”, we talked about this last year in September where we were saying some things need experience for you to understand them, and we said that’s both true and not. Now, it’s back again. Last month I happened that we were having a conversation with one of my family on relationships yeah. And I was asked a question: You have never been in marriage, what can you tell me about marriage? What experience do you concerning these things that I should listen to you?, etc etc. I was told I should rather listen coz they have experience which I don’t have. Beautiful. It’s a question of experience that brings me here. As am writing this, be live with me. I don’t know what exactly is gonna be shared here but trust me it’s gonna be...

Do we need experience? Some things are not understood until they are met. This is not a new phenomenon in life, to get the gist of something, sometimes you just have to experience the thing yeah. That’s just practically true and not. One time in September 2021, I was with a friend and yeah we happened to talk relational issues. She was like, “Vi, you know what, right now I do what I do because I have experienced the issue. Somebody used to tell me that don’t do this and this when you go to college. But I chose to live my own way, I got into a relationship, I tasted it and now I agree with the advices the person gave me some time back.” I continued to listen to her and she said “Sometimes you just have to mess up a bit to get the gist of something, I wouldn’t know what I know right now if I hadn’t experienced the relationship” I giggled when she finished, I took a deep sigh as I processed and connected what she just said with what is really being said out there. Come on, you hav...

FINANCIAL HEALTH (Final)

Final Part 6:  Laws of Financial Health     5 .        Law of Survival There are two stages in most aspects of life that demands attention: the start of life and survival of life . It’s not easy to be born and neither is it to actually sustain that life. It’s one thing to get your finances moving, and it’s another thing to maintain the movement. Most people have had the chance of financial health but failed to sustain it.  Financial health demands that you apply the law of survival if you wanna keep living a financial stress-free life. The law of survival seeks to sustain your finances. They say it is normal to fall, get up and walk again, but it’s also normal to get up, walk and never fall again. The latter is what we should normalize as our financial lifestyle, get on board and keep sailing. Risks and uncertainties are there yes but we are saying you can keep excelling as if these have never been there. You can live a life that people...

FINANCIAL HEALTH

Part 5:  Laws of Financial Health     4 .        Law of More You are reading this probably because you want to be a winner, unless you have other intentions. Nobody wants to lose. But I tell you that most people lose money because they don’t want to lose money. Then should you lose money to gain money? No, don’t lose money but release money. Losing is not a good idea: it means losing when you lose. But it is different from releasing in a way that you can lose money but never feel like you have lost. Releasing learns and gains, it doesn’t stay down. Because people don’t want to lose money, some save and but still lose money. Saving is just good but how do you save? The law of more is not satisfied with what you have. It says fine you have this much and thank you that you can save because it is enough, but, you can have a lot more. It says, I can help you have a lot more as long as you do a lot more . The law of more says release more:...

Part 4:  Laws of Financial Health      3.       Law of exception We have so far talked about the law of commitment (tithing): the key, and the law of love (giving): the receiving tool. Before we talk the next law, the law of exception, I would like us to read a short story. Read to listen. Here we go!!! 4 In addition, king Hezekiah told the people of Jerusalem to bring the offerings to which the priests and the Levites were entitled, so that they could give all their time to the requirements of the Law of the Lord (GNT). 5 As soon as the king’s order spread, the Israelites gave in abundance the first fruits of grain, new wine, [olive] oil, honey, and of all the produce of the field; and they brought in the tithe of everything abundantly (Amplified Version 2015). 6 The people who had moved to Judah from Israel, and the people of Judah themselves, brought in the tithes of their cattle, sheep, and goats and a tithe of the thing...
